Planning your wedding decor is one the most exciting parts of wedding planning, oh and the getting married part too! There are table centres to think of and table decorations. These can vary from little sparkling t lights, to sweet lustre vases filled with wild flowers. Picking a theme definitely helps, even if the theme is anything goes!

Personal touches can really add meaning to the day. Sharing photographs of you both through the years can be touching and amusing! Plus it’s a great way to decorate the venue.

Rest assured that your guests will be overwhelmed with happiness for you both, touched by the exchanging of your vows and amazed by that dress! There is still a pracitcal side that needs to be taken care of, simple hand written signs directing your guests to where they should be and elegant placename holders to help seat them should ensure everyone ends up in the right place.

For a country wedding bunting is a firm favourite add to this an electic mix of crockery. For authentic pieces try rummaging through charity and vintage shops. For a more modern, chic feel, think crisp white linen table cloths, silverware and elegant antique silver candlesticks fit the bill.

If you choose to hold your reception outside you can be as creative as you like. You could decide on a natural and rustic theme, with hanging tlights, and bird cages strewn in the trees and blankets and pretty enamel picnic ware. The most important thing is to just have fun and enjoy yourself!

Great post! The chalk board arrow sign is a definite favourite of ours and would be just perfect for directions to a wedding reception. A great idea!
